Anti Spam Policy

Lenderkit OÜ (“LenderKit”) prohibits the advertising or promotion of lenderkit.com, or any LenderKit product or service, by means of unsolicited bulk email or any other form of unsolicited messaging.

This policy binds LenderKit employees and contractors, any agency, reseller, referral partner or other third party acting on LenderKit’s behalf, and any customer deploying LenderKit software.

We do not send unsolicited bulk email; purchase, rent or use third-party or scraped email lists; operate an affiliate programme that rewards email-driven traffic or sign-ups; or permit any third party to promote lenderkit.com through unsolicited messaging.

Marketing email is sent only to recipients who have asked to receive it. Every message identifies the sender, carries a working one-click unsubscribe, and opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently. Our marketing list is administered in Mailchimp with authenticated sending and recorded consent.

Transactional email is sent only to registered users and customers, and relates solely to their account or service.

Enforcement. Any partner, reseller or customer found promoting LenderKit through unsolicited messaging will have their agreement or account terminated. Customers operating investment platforms on LenderKit software must comply with applicable law, including GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, and with this policy.

Reporting. Suspected abuse involving lenderkit.com: abuse@lenderkit.com. We investigate within two business days.
