Launch an ECSPR Compliant Crowdfunding Platform

The European Crowdfunding Service Provider Regulation (ECSPR) was introduced on November 10, 2021. A year after, several platforms received the ECSPR license, but not all local authorities were ready to provide such licenses. So, the transition has been extended to November 10, 2023.

If you’re looking to launch a crowdinvesting platform that adheres to the ECSP requirements, so you can apply and get licensed, check out LenderKit crowdfunding software.

Before the ECSP regulations came into force, we have started to prepare technically for the new updates. Now, the requirements are more or less clear and we’ve got the features ready.

Fully customisable crowdfunding software

Fully customisable crowdfunding software

LenderKit investment software has all you need for full cycle campaign management and investor onboarding, but you also have our team for your unique customisations.

How to start a crowdfunding platform under the ECSPR

Basic

Test the waters, consult the regulator, pitch to the board, see how your business performs and whether it’s ready for the ECSPR with the LenderKit crowdfunding software Basic package.

Enteprise

Automating an existing business, scaling operations, managing funds, private capital raising or pure crowdfunding? LenderKit Enterprise offers exactly what you need.

Do you need an ECSPR license?

Crowdfunding platforms that want to offer their services across the EU need to get an approval from their local competent authority. The problem is that not all of the local regulators are ready for the ECSPR and that’s why the application period was extended to 2023.

So, you do have to gain the approval and comply with certain requirements, the technicalities of which have been already implemented by LenderKit in our crowdfunding software.

What ECSPR features does LenderKit offer?

Having studied the documents released by ESMA, we’ve identified certain changes that we needed to make to the software front-end and back-end as well as some UI elements to comply with the ECSPR.

The list may not be comprehensive and may change as new requirements are coming out.

What our clients say

5.0

LenderKit designed and developed a secure website for an investment management platform. Ensuring privacy and stability, they used PHP, and did everything from the wireframes and mockups from scratch.

5.0

We were thinking of developing a crowdfunding platform where people could invest in dry bulk shipping platforms without investing in physical assets. We saw an opportunity in the market that was opaque, largely unknown, and misunderstood, but heavy on the asset side. As a result, we’re now looking for a smaller number of investors with larger investments into our shipping projects.

5.0

They customized white-label crowdfunding solutions for us based on the regulations in Saudi Arabia and delivered the web platform according to the requirements that we had. We had several meetings for a discovery phase, where we provided some documentation and extensive research.

4.5

LenderKit managed full stack development of a web app to produce an MVP for an investment firm. Following specifications, they adapted a proprietary solution. They integrated onboarding features and two APIs.

4.5

They manage the project well and exhibit good communication skills. Additionally, the team’s willingness to understand and cater to the business’ mission sets them apart from other service providers.
