Top White-label Crowdfunding Software Providers

No time to read? Let AI give you a quick summary of this article.

Launching a crowdfunding platform no longer means building everything from scratch. Today, many businesses choose white-label crowdfunding software to accelerate development, reduce costs, and launch with proven technology.

A white-label solution typically includes the main functionality needed to operate an investment platform, such as investor onboarding, payment processing, KYC and AML verification, campaign management, reporting, and compliance tools. Instead of spending years developing these features internally, businesses can customize an existing platform to match their brand and business model.

In this article, we review 10+ leading white-label crowdfunding software providers and compare their areas of expertise, product focus, and market positioning to help you identify the solution that best fits your business.

LenderKit

Founded in 2017, LenderKit has become one of the most established white-label crowdfunding software providers. Unlike many competitors that gradually expanded into adjacent fintech products, LenderKit has remained focused on investment platform infrastructure while continuously adding depth to the existing functionality as well as building new features.

The platform supports both equity crowdfunding and debt crowdfunding (P2P lending), allowing operators to build marketplaces for startups, SMEs, real estate projects, and private investments.

A notable development is its ongoing work on a dedicated Fund Module for Alternative Investment Funds, which extends the platform beyond traditional crowdfunding.

Global regulatory coverage

One of LenderKit’s strongest advantages is its broad regulatory positioning. The software is designed to support businesses operating in multiple jurisdictions, including:

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, LenderKit adapts workflows to different regulatory environments.

Extensive integrations

The platform offers integrations with multiple payment providers, including:

For compliance, LenderKit integrates with several identity verification and AML providers:

This flexibility is particularly valuable for platforms operating internationally or in regulated financial markets.

CrowdCore

crowdcore

CrowdCore1 is an Italian crowdfunding software provider focused on investment platforms serving the European market.

The company offers white-label infrastructure for online capital raising and has maintained a relatively specialized positioning compared to broader fintech vendors.

While CrowdCore does not have the same international footprint as some larger competitors, it remains an active option for organizations seeking software tailored to European crowdfunding operations.

Capsens

capsens

Capsens2 is a French fintech software development company with extensive experience building investment and crowdfunding platforms.

Rather than selling a standardized SaaS product, Capsens develops customized financial technology solutions, including crowdfunding platforms, digital banking products, lending platforms, and wealth management applications.

Its consulting-oriented approach makes it attractive for organizations with highly specific product requirements.

Mipise

mipise

Mipise3 has long been one of France’s better-known crowdfunding software vendors.

In recent years, the company expanded beyond platform software by launching Mipise Payment Services, its own payment infrastructure.

This is an ambitious move given the competitive French market, where providers such as Lemonway have historically dominated payment services for crowdfunding platforms.

Crowdsofts

crowdsofts

Crowdsofts4 provides white-label crowdfunding software with support for multiple investment models.

The provider offers flexible solutions suitable for startups, real estate investment platforms, and private investment marketplaces.

Bloqhouse

bloqhouse

Bloqhouse5 focuses primarily on real estate investment technology rather than general crowdfunding.

Its software supports digital property investment, investor management, portfolio administration, and fundraising workflows.

For companies building property investment platforms, Bloqhouse offers functionality tailored specifically to real estate rather than attempting to serve every crowdfunding niche.

EasyCrowd

easycrowd

EasyCrowd6 is another French provider serving the crowdfunding industry.

The company offers white-label technology for investment platforms, with an emphasis on simplifying platform deployment for operators entering regulated markets.

Compared with larger international vendors, EasyCrowd maintains a more focused presence within the French ecosystem.

CrowdEngine

crowdengine

CrowdEngine7 has been one of the longest-standing crowdfunding software providers in the United States.

The company originally became well known during the early years of Regulation Crowdfunding in the U.S. market.

After a relatively quiet period, CrowdEngine appears to have refreshed its online presence. Its platform remains focused on helping companies raise capital through compliant online investment offerings.

Portagon

portagon

Portagon8 has evolved from crowdfunding software into a broader digital capital markets platform.

Today, it offers not only software for crowdfunding, but also infrastructure for securities issuance, private markets, tokenization, and investment.

While this expansion increases its addressable market, some users have expressed dissatisfaction with the marketplace experience in public reviews9. In most cases, they complained about the user experience.

Thrinacia

Thrinacia10 originally positioned itself as a crowdfunding software provider but has increasingly shifted toward enterprise financial technology.

The company’s branding now emphasizes enterprise solutions rather than startup fundraising.

It has also adopted noticeably more aggressive commercial marketing, including significant promotional discounts in outreach campaigns.

This suggests that the company has broadened its focus beyond traditional crowdfunding software.

ShareIn

sharein

ShareIn11 is one of the UK’s best-known investment platform providers.

Historically, the company differentiated itself by offering an FCA appointed representative (umbrella compliance) model, allowing certain businesses to operate under its regulatory permissions rather than obtaining direct FCA authorization immediately.

This approach reduced barriers to entry for new investment platforms. However, the appointed representative (AR) model has come under increased scrutiny from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority in recent years. In 2022, the FCA introduced stricter rules12 requiring principal firms to carry out more extensive oversight of their appointed representatives, followed by further supervisory reviews assessing how firms implemented those requirements.

Despite these changes, ShareIn remains an established technology provider for investment platforms.

Fundraising Script

fundraising script

Fundraising Script13 markets itself as an affordable crowdfunding software solution. However, prospective buyers should carefully evaluate the platform before making a decision.

The website combines messaging for a ready-made white-label platform with extensive promotion of custom software development, blockchain development, AI solutions, and Web3 services, making it less clear whether the company’s primary offering is a standardized software product or bespoke development.

The website also lists payment integrations that raise questions about how current and accurate the published information is. For example, it references Assembly Payments, which has since been rebranded as Zai14, suggesting that parts of the integration list may not have been updated.

Another inconsistency appears where GoCardless is listed as a supported provider15 but links to Go Payments (go.ooo)16, an Indian fintech company focused primarily on domestic payment services. GoCardless itself does not appear in the accompanying integrations dropdown, while providers such as CCAvenue and Go Payments primarily serve the Indian market despite Fundraising Script being operated by a company registered in the United States.

These are only a few examples, but together they suggest that parts of the published integration information may not be regularly maintained. While none of these issues necessarily reflects the underlying software itself, they may create confusion for business owners evaluating the platform and its supported payment infrastructure.

Providers that are no longer operating

The crowdfunding software market has also seen several exits.

Katipult

Katipult was once among the most recognizable crowdfunding software providers in North America.

Following financial difficulties, the company ceased operations after entering bankruptcy, leaving customers searching for alternative platform providers.

Its closure illustrates that even well-established fintech software companies remain vulnerable to market conditions.

Particeep

particeep

French fintech company Particeep was acquired17 and no longer operates as an independent crowdfunding software provider.

Prior to the acquisition, Particeep offered software for crowdfunding, wealth management, and financial marketplaces, serving numerous financial institutions across Europe.

Its technology and expertise have since become part of a broader fintech ecosystem.

Choosing the right white-label crowdfunding software

Selecting a white-label crowdfunding software provider involves much more than comparing feature lists. The right platform should support not only your current business model but also your long-term growth plans and regulatory requirements.

When evaluating providers, consider:

  • Regulatory support for your target jurisdiction
  • Payment gateway integrations
  • KYC and AML providers
  • Investor onboarding capabilities
  • Support for your investment model (equity, debt, real estate, funds, etc.)
  • API flexibility and customization options
  • Vendor stability and product roadmap
  • Experience serving businesses similar to yours

Some vendors focus exclusively on crowdfunding, while others have expanded into broader private markets or enterprise fintech. Understanding a provider’s long-term strategy can help ensure your platform remains adaptable as crowdfunding regulations and market demands evolve.
